Spirit Walker, held at Flagstaff on Lord Howe Island, is more than just a gin tasting – it’s an immersive experience that connects island, craft, and community. This one-night collaboration between Lord Howe Island Distilling Co. and Ester Spirits unveils a brand-new gin inspired by the island’s untamed botanicals and the shared passion of two distilleries.

Positioned above the cliffs at Flagstaff, guests will be treated to the first taste of this exclusive creation. As the sun dips below the horizon, the gin’s delicate notes of endemic flora will unfold on the palate, echoing the lush, vibrant landscape that surrounds you. Each sip is a reflection of the island’s rare and fragile ecosystem, carefully distilled to capture its essence.

Join us and walk the line between wilderness and wonder, one sip at a time.

Your experience includes tasting of collab gin, and signature spirits from both companies as well as a welcome drink at The Crooked Post & Anchorage Restaurant.
