This first release features native fruits, plants and flowers carefully handpicked by our members from the gardens of the Cabbage Tree and Pacific Club. These local botanicals were then taken to the distillery, where they helped shape a unique blend that brings a little of Palm Beach to every glass.
A first for our Club, Palm Beach Gin celebrates the place we call home and the people who make it special. Only a limited batch will be produced, making this inaugural release something to savour and share.
