This limited release celebrates a very special cohort who have made it through seven years of friendship, questionable home schooling and a global pandemic - and somehow emerged ready for high school. They survived lockdowns, Zoom lessons, learning from home (with varying degrees of parental competence), endless screen time and the occasional “I forgot to submit that” - all while growing taller, wiser and considerably more independent.
Crafted in the Inner West, this small-batch single malt whisky is aged for 4yrs in an ex-Shiraz French Oak Cask. The result is a dram with rich dried fig, raisin and peach notes, and a gentle Shiraz-soaked warmth, just like the community it celebrates.
And so, to the parents, carers, teachers and friends who somehow kept everyone fed, entertained, educated and vaguely on track through seven extraordinary years - this one is for you. For every school drop-off, lost jumper, forgotten lunchbox, Google Classroom meltdown and “are you actually listening?” moment. Now, as this chapter comes to an end, it seems only appropriate to raise a glass to the friendships, the memories, the resilience - and the fact that we all survived. Cheers to the Class of 2026!
