Like a fine wine, our gin just gets better with age. Aged in French Oak Ex-Port barrels on Lord Howe Island, this gin has a complex flavour for a mature palette.
Our Barrel-Aged Gin is a deep amber colour reminiscent of autumn leaves. A flavour that is so bold and luxurious, it is best served straight with ice to appreciate it’s resinous smokey finish. Great in an Old Fashioned as well!
After only a few months of production, we have claimed a Bronze medal at the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards. The charred taste was not to be missed as the judges spoke of the great quality oak taste with enjoyable flavours coming through!
