This limited edition 700ml Gin was inspired by long walks during lockdowns and celebrates the natural beauty of Mosman.
A Citrus Floral Gin including the botanicals Lilli Pilli, Rose, Hibiscus & Saltbush. All of which are native to the local bushland, shores and private gardens across Mosman. The recipe was chosen by local “Mosmanites” during an intimate community tasting panel.
In true community spirit, a percentage of sales will go to the local Group Friends of Chowder Bay, which is run by residents to protect the precious marine environment in this much-loved part of Mosman.
Chowder Bay is a popular spot for diving, fishing, picnicking and enjoying the beach. It is also home to the endangered Sydney Seahorse, Hippocampus whitei. Unfortunately due to littering and discarded fishing equipment, the local marine life is forced to live precariously in this habitat.
The money raised will be used for installing additional signage to educate visitors, running more regular cleanups and developing a website to upload photos of marine life to aid in conservation efforts.
