This small-batch gin is the result of Sydney lockdowns and long local walks. The idea came to create a unique gin for Annandale to be a part of and enjoy, showcase local botanicals, and give something back to the community.
Featured botanicals include white and black mulberries, pineapple sage, native lemongrass, and Seville orange, all sourced from Whites Creek Food Forest.
In appreciation, part of each sale will be donated to the Friends of Whites Creek Valley Park, which manages the Food Forest.
