Grab you crew of 8 friends or family and come to our Distillery that embodies the island’s character. Surrounded by lush greenery, pristine beaches, and azure waters, the distillery is not just a facility for spirit production but a sanctuary that respects and reflects the island's natural beauty.

The course is designed to offer an understanding of gin making in a group format, from botanical selection to distillation and bottling. Throughout the experience, you will try different gins, enjoy some bites, and learn about our company's history and the island's heritage.

A key component of the course is learning about sustainable distillation practices, echoing the World Heritage site’s commitment to environmental stewardship. This includes using renewable energy sources, water conservation methods, and sustainable sourcing of botanicals.

On completion, participants not only take away their own bottle of group-made gin but also a wealth of knowledge, new skills, and an enriched appreciation for gin-making and the island’s natural and cultural treasures.
