This is the second Gin produced for HMAS Supply. Named after the Orca Bent Tip, who was an Eden resident, but disappeared suddenly, returning 20 years later. His time away remains a mystery.
After selling out of the first Gin, Old Tom in 2022, which used botanicals from Lord Howe Island, this Gin has been created using Finger Lime, Lemon Myrtle found in NSW, and Lilly Pilly & Salt Bush along the coast of Australia.
