Wolfe Rock Martini

INGREDIENTS

60ml Wolfe Rock Navy Strength Gin
10ml dry vermouth

2-3 stuffed green olives

METHOD

Chilled a martini glass with ice, set aside.

Add gin and vermouth to a mixing glass and fill with ice from the martini glass.

Stir evenly (not shaken). Strain into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with 2-3 skewered stuffed green olives.
